Kennedy Remedy Investments is a real estate investment company seeking to acquire and manage commercial multi-family properties in desirable locations to create value for our investment partners. We seek to leverage our expertise to bring value and returns to our investment partners. Kennedy Remedy Investments can offer investment properties that are carefully managed, well-maintained, and continuously optimized for returns.

Kennedy Remedy Investments values the trust that our investment partners place in us. That is why we stick to our principles! Firstly, by being very selective in the properties we invest in, making sure we invest in the right locations and at the right price. Secondly, each investment is coupled with a clear plan for maximizing capital appreciation and monthly rental income. Thirdly, even though we stick to conservative projections of returns on our properties, we are continuously shooting for the stars.

Keishia kennedy

Keishia is an army veteran with six years of service in the Army National Guard. During her enlistment, she was a Human Resource Specialist and also deployed to Kuwait as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. She has also pursued education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry as well as a second Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Arts in Homeland Security.

Following her enlistment, she began investing in real estate in 2011 and has been expanding and managing her portfolio of properties for the past 10 years. In April 2021, she decided to take the next step on her entrepreneurial journey by founding Kennedy Remedy Investments. Kennedy Remedy Investments will focus on investing in commercial multi-family properties in Virginia, with plans to expand to other southeastern states.

To make Kennedy Remedy Investments a success, Keishia plans to focus on two core tasks. Firstly, to build a portfolio of successful multi-family investment properties that create both stable revenues and appreciation in the value of capital assets. In doing so, she will focus on targeted real estate markets and on undertaking value-adding capital appreciation projects. The second task that she plans to focus on is building strong partnerships with investors, lenders, other real estate professionals, and local officials. This network of partnerships is vital to building a portfolio that offers financial benefits to investment partners and also to the communities where Kennedy Remedy Investments operates.

Passion is necessary to succeed as an entrepreneur. But passion without expertise will lead nowhere. Keishia brings BOTH passion and expertise to the table. Together with a team of like-minded and experienced experts, she seeks to make her mark with Kennedy Remedy Investments!

When not investing in real estate, she spends time traveling abroad, figure bodybuilding, cooking, and spending time with family.

Aaron Marshall

Aaron is the Managing Director of M & H Investment Group. A tech-savvy and innovative person by nature, Aaron always stays up to date on the latest trends in the real estate industry. He has invested in single family homes, raw land development, and assisted in developing a tiny home community. He also holds his real estate license in Kansas and Texas with a specialization in assisting his clients to tokenize commercial assets. Aaron is a combat veteran with nine years of service in the United States Army serving in 3rd Infantry Division, 1st Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment and Headquarters-United States Central Command. He recently completed the E-Cornell Hotel and Asset Management Certification and will be starting CCIM summer 2022. Aaron's plan is to build a successful portfolio of multifamily and hotel assets by taking roles as a General Partner and Limited Partner. Outside of real estate, he and his wife of 8 years enjoy teaching their three boys boxing, baseball and soccer.

Robert is the Managing Partner of Tuson Properties, LLC. His focus is on identifying new property acquisitions and taking each property to the next level of revenue generation and appreciation. Robert spent 17 years in the hotel and hospitality industry managing high-end corporate accounts and multi-million dollar budgets within the 5-star luxury hotel and resort category, representing destinations within the United States, Canada, Bermuda, and Europe. He then went on to found Tuson Properties, LLC. Tuson Properties has gone from strength to strength, having successfully acquired and managed multi-million dollar apartment communities, residential properties, condominiums, and vacation homes, and commercial real estate.

From partnering with developers, to developing raw land, to purchasing and investing in single family rentals, fix and flips, multifamily and hotels. He is currently an owner and partner on multiple apartment communities. Outside of his passion for Real Estate, Tim has also enjoyed a 20+ year career in Technology, founded multiple startups and enjoys music, sports, travel and an active lifestyle. Of course, none of this would be possible without the amazing support from his wife of 20 years, Sara, and their soccer star daughter, Payton.
